Sponsor the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia

Our goal at the ABC is to develop a cost-effective program that will provide public recognition to businesses who support the ASPPA Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia (ABCGP) and ASPPA National in their mission to provide quality educational programs and networking experiences to members and guests.

Candidates for sponsorship would include, but not be limited to, retirement plan investment providers, recordkeepers, accounting firms, law firms, rollover providers, research services, third party administrators, and all other retirement plan service providers.

Sponsorship approval is subject to approval by the Board of Directors of ABCGP. Sponsorship may be revoked at the Board’s discretion due to inappropriate use of the relationship with ABCGP, inappropriate conduct at ABCGP events or other abuses of the ABCGP or any of its members. Sponsors are expected to adhere to the Bylaws of the ABC as put forth by ASPPA.

The Annual fee of $1,000.00 includes the following benefits:

• Opportunity to Host Networking Event

• Opportunity to post informational video or text on ABC website

• Logo posting on ABC website

• Two passes for all events in the year

• Opportunity to introduce speaker at an event

• Contact Information posted to ABC Website

• Banner Ad on ABC website

• Web Link to Sponsors Website on ABC website

• Verbal introduction/recognition of Sponsor contact at all events he/she attends

• Handouts placed on tables with sponsor name, contact information and logo

• List of  attendees at each event  (if contact is present or otherwise  requests list)

• Opportunity to greet attendees and hand out literature at all events  (We suggest that you be here 10 to 15 minutes before and after the meeting to meet and greet attendees.)

• ASPPA Benefits Council will forward one promotional email to our membership upon request of the Sponsor.  The email can be an announcement or advertisement of an event.  The email will include a reference that the event is being publicized on behalf of the Sponsor but is not an ASPPA ABC event.
