Please join us for our second "Members Only" event of the year. Members who have paid their 2012 dues will be invited to attend a breakfast roundtable in the offices of BlankRome, moderated by Art Bachman and a distinguished panel of ABC members. This is a great time to ask other pension professionals their opinions on the issues that are keeping you up at night. Or maybe there is an issue you have come across and you would like to know how another professional would deal with it.  When we have held these events in the past, we have always had an informative and interesting discussion amongst the group.

Topics for discussion may include:

1. Final 408(b)(2) Fee Disclosure Regs-changes and lingering questions.
2. Controversial trend toward reporting LLC Members’ income on W-2s.
3. New rules impacting IRS Determination Letter Filings.
4. Recent DOL actions concerning late deposits.
